Refund Policy

This policy applies to online consultation payments made through MediConnect.

24-Hour Refund Window

If an appointment paid for online is cancelled within 24 hours of booking, by either the patient or the doctor/hospital, the payment is automatically refunded.

After 24 Hours

Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window are reviewed individually by our admin team. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion, particularly where the doctor or hospital is unable to honor the appointment.

Registration Fees

Doctor and hospital registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been verified and the account approved.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where supported (Stripe). For JazzCash and EasyPaisa, refunds may be processed manually by our team and can take additional time.
